TEEN BATHROOM

This remains as one of our favorites! Out with the 80’s and in with the new! This teen had a great time choosing fun colors and wanted a space to sit, yet tuck the stool away. She absolutely loved the reveal & it will be even harder to get her out of the Bathroom!

RANCH KITCHEN

Where did we start? Completely over! We tore out everything, including the soffit over the existing cabinets and installed new cabinets to the ceiling for height.  New backsplash, granite, appliances and even a farm sink. One happy lady!

LIVING ROOM

A very common question, “What should we do with this dark paneling?”  We have addressed this issue many times & treated the paneling different ways.  In this case, we tore out some & overlaid other areas with sheetrock added crown moulding, painted and created a wainscoting in the Dining Room & Hallway.  We also removed the textured ceiling, widened the cased opening to the Dining Room, replaced light fixtures and incorporated new furnishings.

PAINTED KITCHEN

This is in the same house as above with more stain in the Kitchen.  We painted all of the cabinets, replaced hardware and added a tile backsplash.  Did we mention, remodeling has a domino effect?

DINING ROOM

And another of the same house, showing the wainscoting, paint, light fixture & new custom draperies.

ITALIAN KITCHEN

If you could only see the whole “Before” space. You can’t because we took the photo against a wall that came down.  Everything else was gutted, as well.  Our customer wanted it to have an Italian flare with lots of tile, because they truly are from Italy.  We went back with stained cabinets and altered the heights, although we were confined to an 8’ ceiling.  We created a Dining Room behind us, where an old formal Living Room used to be.  Fantastico!

RESTAURANT

This one was a bit scary, but so much fun! The building was old and falling down. We were on a tight budget, but wanted to give it as much bang for the buck, as possible.  It turned out awesome! New paint, lighting, flooring, window treatments, art & lounge area.  We also renovated the entire exterior & Kitchen.

BACHELOR’S KITCHEN

Look closely . . . we did more than you think.  The cabinets stayed, but we moved the fridge over to the back right & built new panels for it, which created more counter space on the left side of Kitchen.  Custom doors were built & all cabinets were painted.  New granite, backsplash, appliances & window treatments.

COMMERCIAL LOBBY

The wallpaper had to go & we created a trayed drop-in ceiling, which completely lifted your eyes and impression when walking in the door. New paint, flooring, furniture & signage. We gradually continued with these improvements throughout the building.

OFFICE

Not much to say here . . . the photo speaks for itself. New paint, carpet, furniture & art.  We supplied it all!

BATHROOM

An example of a traditional Bathroom renovation. There are too many to show. Wallpaper down & up with paint, new vanity, lighting, plumbing fixtures and tile.

WHITE to CREAM KITCHEN

Another common renovation question, “What should we do with this tall bar?” Our answer – let’s lower it or lose it! A counter-height bar is so much more functional, allowing you to work, serve or eat around the entire island. We removed the existing laminate cabinets and went back with a warmer cream and stained island. New backsplash, granite, lighting and more!
