VINTAGE TEEN BEDROOM

We took this room from a plain, dark room to a breath of fresh air! Our young lady wanted to create a vintage, shabby chic haven.  We started with robin’s egg blue paint, cotton embroidered draperies, new furniture and created this luxurious linen canopy over her bed.  We found the adorable teapot lamps at an antique market, which simply made the room & she will be able to treasure them for years to come.

REALTOR’S OFFICE

Shortly after this realtor moved in her new office space, she called for help. The office needed to serve two people and offer a residential, inviting and happy atmosphere. She also wanted a table where her clients could sit to sign documents, with her being able to stand as she explains them.

We brought in new black furniture, a tall cream table and lots of exciting art and accessories.  We made a custom green window valance & trimmed it in black. She, along with other realtors down the hall loved it and invited us back to create more new spaces for them!

OUTDOOR PORCH

This customer wanted to revamp their neglected porch in preparation for a wedding reception in the backyard. We helped them shop for new outdoor furniture, refinished the ceiling, installed outdoor drapery panels and a colorful new rug.  We also supplied an outdoor floor lamp and solar table lamps that required no electrical outlets.  We used his antique crock for the palm and our rustic end tables, which proves you can mix the old with the new. It was just stunning!

LIVING ROOM

A dear lady lost her home in a fire & purchased this new home already built. She wanted to give it some life and colors that would provide a soothing atmosphere, as she would be spending a lot of time in this room.  She chose fabrics for the furniture from our collection, then we brought in florals for the custom drapery panels. We painted the walls a soft celery green and later came back with art by Lindsey Mae, rugs and furnishings for the Dining area. We also installed blinds and draperies throughout, which made a huge difference in the home.

OWNER’S SUITE

We were called to do this project, because of the challenging window and architecture of the room. As you can see, we painted the walls and ceiling with a warm taupe color, added a rug on top of the carpet to “ground” the space, made a custom headboard, new draperies mounted on pegs, wall lamps and new bedding.

BEDROOM

It’s amazing what window treatments will do! They truly lift your eyes and spirit. We coordinated the bedding from our collections and brought in new night stands, lamps and art.

CLUB ROOM

We saved the best for last! It was our pleasure to convert this cold Banquet Room in to a cozy multi-purpose Club Room for a 63-unit condominium building on the coast. New paint, LVP flooring (Luxury Vinyl Planks – for dancing and it’s waterproof with the pool right outside), custom furniture, rug, art and accessories.  We caught a big sailfish too!  Guests will enjoy this space for years to come!
